On This Day…
Busy, busy, busy today, US visitors arrive at lunchtime, so it will be fairly intense over the next few days, but looking forward to it.
Got the 3-year plan finished yesterday and it turned into quite a document, but really gave time in the hustle and bustle to do some strategic thinking, which was good.
A new site I have put up for the Excel community (yawn, I know) went live last night, now I have to get traffic and content to the site to make it a buzzing community, we’ll see. Just to plug it here to, although I’ll do a separate post on it later, it’s at www.excelusergroup.org.
Taking car this morning obviously, as I have visitors, so I am already late! Have caught the early train fro the first two day and that makes sure you leave at the correct time
Also gets me into work in plenty of time to post this.
Catching the train has also helped with the weight as it is a total of around 4 miles walking a day and I do it at some pace. I have now reached 14st 4lb, which is 200lbs, 2.5st lighter or 35lbs. This was the original target, but I’m still not exercising and enjoying to food, so we’ll see
