On This Day…
Today is another opportunity to welcome someone to the World. Maria and ‘Thirsty Sean’ became grandparents to Jaydon James Kyle Northwood. 7lbs 9oz, mother, Sarah and baby doing fine. I have to say it’s about time as he was originally due on 1st July, but still, I bet our waiting has been no worse than Sarah’s! As I told thirsty last night, we may have to drink double at the weekend to wet the babies head too. I’m sure I’ll get a picture soon to share with the World.
Back to school today. To take part in the Government’s passport to export, Steve and I are attending a two day residential course, ‘Finding and winning export business’. It seems to have come at a poor time, but they only happen every few months and the next one would be September and we hope to be up and running by then.
Managed to finally get some tiles on the wall in the en-suite last night. It was only nine of 75, but it was a start. Jo needs to get another bucket of adhesive and hopefully I will get a few more up on Thursday night. It sure would be nice to get the full tiles done so I just have the cuts to do. Certainly I don’t see me getting much done on Friday and over the weekend. Maybe Sunday, but that may be a little ‘cloudy’
