Sub menu has four options, (Shown Left) allowing you to clear All, Formats, Contents, Comments. This option purely clears the data. In Excel, a clear is not the same as delete. Delete moves the data and the cells around it, clear does nothing with the cells it purely changes (removes) the contents or formats. You should pre-select your data before taking these options.
