The
'Toolbars' option is the same as right-clicking
on any toolbar and selecting from this same
list. Of particular note is the
'Customize...' option, which as the ellipses
show presents another dialog (shown below),
where you can select other toolbars, buttons to
go on them, or reset what you have.
