Displays the zoom setting dialog from which preset levels can be selected, or a custom one entered. One that is handy here is 'Fit selection' which, working with a pre-selected range will zoom the worksheet to ensure the entire selection is shown in view.

Under Tools>Options...>General you can also set a wheel mouse to zoom when the wheel is used.  The default setting is to scroll the worksheet
