David McRitchie's Excel Pages David's website, which numbers over 200 pages covers many topics in Excel such as macros, functions, colour palette, conditional formatting, etc. The site carries lots of links to other useful information.
Jan Karel Pieterse's web site Jan Karel runs JKP Application Development Services. This site, whilst offering Excel custom solutions at a charge has some great free add-ins including Name Manager for managing range names in Excel. This site is also available in Dutch.
Rob Bovey's Website Rob's site for his Company, Application Professionals, has a wealth of legendary, solid, free downloads, such as the XY chart labeller, VBAcode cleaner and a great set of 'Excel doesn't do this out of the box' utilities. Together the add-ins on this site have had tens of thousands of downloads. Rob also authors and co-authors many Excel books.
Tushar Mehta's Website Tushar offers services via his Company, Tushar Mehta Consulting. As well as this his site offers the community a wealth of free information, tutorials and downloads on all aspects of Excel, including some very advanced areas. Tushar also aggregates newsgroup statistics on this site.
Jon Peltier's Websitete Jon's Company, Peltier Technical Services, offers bespoke data analysis and presentation solutions using Excel. He is also recognised in the community as the chart expert. His site offers tutorials and downloads particularly relating to charting in Excel.

Microsoft Excel Support Centre The main portal on Microsoft's site to all support centres for Excel.
Microsoft Newsgroup Portal From this link you can access all the myriad of Microsoft Public Newsgroups.  These are peer-to-peer support newsgroups frequented by fellow users of Microsoft products. Select the product and then sub-section under the product to post or read news on any specific topic.
Knowledge Base Microsoft's Knowledge Base. (KB). This area allows you to search by product against known issues with Microsoft software.
MVP Website Microsoft's website explaining the MVP, (Most Valuable Professional) program.
